Appraisals
Our appraisals are accepted by all insurance companies, and are performed by our in-house GIA Graduate Gemologist, so your jewelry never leaves our store. We typically have a one week turn around time on appraisals. When you drop off your jewelry we will clean and inspect all of your items before they are appraised. Even if we are doing an update on an appraisal, we will need to physically have the jewelry in our store to clean, inspect and take pictures for the appraisal.
Appraisal Pricing
We appraise and update appraisals on items purchased from Camelot at no charge.
Items not purchased from Camelot are $100 for the first item and $70 for each item after that. For bulk and estate bundles we can offer bulk pricing, but we will need to see the items to quote an accurate price.
Warranties
At Camelot we don't believe in charging extra for our warranty on items purchased from us, so we include lifetime services with each purchase at no additional charge. You have to love it!

Warranty for Jewelry Not Purchased from Camelot
Warranty for Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands NOT purchased from Camelot:
- $399 for the first ring, $99 for each additional ring
- Appraisal by our in house GIA GG & Future Updates
- Warranty on side diamonds
- Cleaning & Rhodium Plating
- Sizing (Up to 2 times per year)
- Soldering Wedding Band(s) to Engagement Ring
- Extra 20% if bridal jewelry covered is traded in, 40% Off future bridal purchases
Jewelry purchased from Camelot automatically comes with this warranty, plus a few extra perks. Warranty is for normal wear and tear, and is meant to be an additional coverage to your insurance through your insurance provider. Does not cover extreme or excessive abuse, Acts of God, loss or theft. Side diamonds are covered, but any prong, channel, etc. work is an additional charge. Gemstones and center diamonds are not covered. Plan not valid with sterling silver or alternative metals. Plan valid on 10kt, 14kt, 18kt and Platinum. We reserve the right to alter plan.
